Hi, I’m Meaghan Renee.

I’ve been working in the event industry for nearly two decades, with experience spanning community events, corporate activations, and nonprofit fundraisers. My early background includes producing large-scale events in San Diego’s nightlife scene, followed by the launch of Meaghan Renee Events in 2011.

Over time, my work naturally shifted from full-service planning to a deeper focus on event operations, vendor management, and execution oversight. After managing countless multi-vendor events, it became clear that the success—or failure—of an event is almost always determined behind the scenes.

Today, I partner with organizations and event teams that need structured operations, clear processes, and experienced leadership—without adding full-time staff. My role is to bring calm, accountability, and operational clarity to complex event environments, particularly during high-volume or peak seasons.
