Hi, I’m Meaghan Renee.
I’ve been working in the event industry for nearly two decades, with experience spanning community events, corporate activations, and nonprofit fundraisers. My early background includes producing large-scale events in San Diego’s nightlife scene, followed by the launch of Meaghan Renee Events in 2011.
After managing hundreds of multi-vendor events, one thing became clear: the success — or failure — of an event is often determined long before guests arrive. It lives in the contracts, the insurance certificates, the compliance documentation, and the oversight happening behind the scenes.
Over time, my work evolved from full-service planning into a specialized focus on vendor compliance and risk management. I saw firsthand how expired COIs, inconsistent documentation, and last-minute compliance gaps created unnecessary stress and liability exposure for organizations.
Today, I partner with event planners, corporate teams, HOAs, and nonprofits who need structured vendor compliance systems without adding internal headcount. I provide organized onboarding, proactive insurance monitoring, and ongoing documentation oversight that protects your team and your event.
