At Meaghan Renee Events, we specialize in vendor compliance, event operations, and backend logistics support.

After 20+ years producing large-scale events, we saw the same challenge again and again:
the administrative and operational side of events was overwhelming teams and increasing risk.

So we built a better solution.

Today, we support event planners, corporate teams, and communities by handling:

  • Vendor onboarding

  • Contracts & compliance

  • Insurance verification (COIs)

  • Documentation tracking

  • Event logistics coordination

We’re looking for people who:

  • Can manage vendors professionally and confidently

  • Are comfortable working remotely and independently


👥 IDEAL BACKGROUND

You may be a great fit if you have experience in:

  • Event planning or production

  • Venue management

  • Corporate event teams

  • HOA or community event coordination

  • Vendor management or operations


🧠 WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of our team, you may support:

  • Vendor onboarding & communication

  • Collecting and reviewing COIs, W-9s, and licenses

  • Tracking compliance requirements and deadlines

  • Reviewing contracts and flagging inconsistencies

  • Coordinating timelines and vendor logistics

  • Monitoring documentation and following up with vendors

  • Supporting backend event operations across multiple programs
